M/S Unique Engineering Testing & Advisory Services was established in 1984 with the main objective of providing services in soil investigation. In 1985 the services were extended for testing of civil engineering material like brick, concrete, cement, sand, aggregate etc. Services of survey work were also included in 1988. We were working with 1 second 010 B model CZ make Optical Theodolite and NI 020 auto level. In 1991-92, software for the     co-ordinates, and elevation calculation was developed. Semi Auto Software for contour drawing was also developed in 1994.
